Incompetent and not interested in investigating when large firms are in breach of the law. Senior officials fail to respond to emails. Who holds these public organisations to account?

The world's most useless organisation: I've been complaining to them regarding Experian's spam email that I couldn't unsubscribe from as, they have no unsubscribe button on their emails, which itself breaks the law. I used the onboard unsubscribe tool found on Gmail and it still didn't work. I've raised so many enquiries about this to ICO and no action nor response has been taken or given. Absolute pathetic of a service, I usually give people/organisations a chance, and I fair 6-months is much too generous with giving anyone a chance. Useless. Might have to raise an enquiry with the Charity Commision as to what this organisation stands for.
