Infonetmedia have provided fantastic industry experiences to eight of our T Level Digital Students. Each student was treated as an individual and developed specific technical skills required for their careers in the digital industry. The students have also developed some essential employability skills such as professional etiquette, effective communication and team working, as well as growing in confidence. The students reported that the working environment was friendly and welcoming and have returned to their second year of study with improved knowledge and ability. Infonetmedia has hosted students on a work placement in relation to the digital course they are studying. The support provided for the student is great. Support with the technical skills and employability skills makes this a good experience for students. Especially as this is the first step into the world of work for some students. Accommodating each students needs and schedule is no easy task but Infonetmedia make sure every student has an opportunity to succeed and feel like they have achieved something. Reaching any targets set. Infonetmedia has been open and inviting to teaching staff visiting the placement and completing paperwork with students. I completed 3 months of industry placement with this company for as part of my college course. I worked as part of the network team with other students to work on tasks in the network field of IT, always on hand to give us help and guidance was our teacher and mentor Taiwo. It was a really great experience working with Infonet Media at Lakeside, you were always learning new things, interested in what you were doing, and always felt safe and included. Most of all i now have new knowledge and understanding of networking and working with networks in the workplace that will go a long way in helping me continue in college and for looking back at in future IT work.

And I have gained a lot of knowledge that will be a key factor in my future career.
