Don’t waste your money or time here! The party I attended was dirty and unhygienic. The youngsters were in danger, and their staff wasn't watching over them. While children were harmed, the staff was chit-chatting on the inflatable area, though! This is totally unacceptable, unprofessional, and terrible behaviour. And the RATINGS! Hahaha They have no idea how to treat consumers with professionalism or respect. They ought to be shut down because this is a bit immoral. Children's food was purchased, but no one asked about allergies! A child was singled out due to her religion, but they permitted them to consume it. She is unable to eat meat, thus she was unable to consume the dish. As they had promised, there was no vegetarian option for this young child. A dirty, repulsive, and discriminatory location. Stay away from this site while making reservations.

Wow what a shocking review section! I too cant believe the level of unprofessionalism, I suspect I'll be told someone wanted a ''free'' party when actually all they wanted was what was promised and a good party for her son. A lot of critique could have been avoided if the establishment was appropriately ran, staff adequately trained and the manager professional. Unfortunately this was not the case hence the influx of unfavourable reviews. I held off writing a review as I had hoped the manager would address the points made professionally, sadly not the case. I don't know if its your pride, ego, but whatever it is it should be put aside when addressing customers. Overall disappointing.

I was just having a look at your reviews, and I came across your company reply to one of your customer reviews (VictoriaWilson). I found your statement to be very rude, if your customer didn't get a good service at your establishment, they're entitled to their own opinion regarding their experience so therefore, they've all right to write a bad review. Your company you should be apologising to your customer and finding ways how and what you could have done better to make it an amazing experience for her and her kids to enjoy. You shouldn't be slagging her off, I find this to be unprofessional and poor customer service. Your customer always right, they're the one that pay to get an excellent service and keep your company running. So therefore, you should never be rude to your customers no matter how bad has a review they wrote.

Dont bother wasting your money here, absolutely dirty very unhygienic. Staff so unprofessional, rude and definitely need more training, they dont have a clue what they are doing. The way the manager replies back to customers is absolutely disgusting you should be ashamed of yourself, definitely not fit for a manager.

Unorganised and unprofessional business. The owners response to paying customers is disgraceful, everyone is entitled to their own opinion/personal experience, that’s what reviews are for… Dirty, wet and dangerous - The staff expected small children to continue jumping in the rain all for the sake of money? The equipment needs a good clean, and the inflatable section needs a lot more air, there were definitely punctures, this place needs a health and safety inspection! I went to a child’s birthday party here and had the same experience whereby they handed out food to small children (as part as their buffet) before asking the parents about any dietary requirements. The staff are inexperienced and lacked customer service skills, but it’s quite clear there is no real management to lead/guide them.

Booked my sons birthday party here… following booking I’d noticed it was forecasted rain (this is an outdoor area only). I rang the branch and asked what would happen if it does rain, as the party is booked for his actual birthday and I want to avoid any disappointments. I was informed I would get a full refund if it does rain however this did not happen. His birthday party was ruined! The kids played for a hour and then had to sit inside (this was suppose to be a 3 hour party and was paid in full which was not cheap)! I was not given a refund as promised by staff! If I had known this was going to happen I would have booked somewhere else, as mentioned it was his actual birthday! The staff were unorganised and rude, also considering it was an actual birthday booking there was no special gestures or attention paid to the birthday boy or guests. The food I was told I could not pick as a buffet would be provided. I was then faced with angry parents as their child was given and ate pork against there religion! (These were small children). We were eventually moved to the Stourbridge branch. The staff were lovely and I want to say a big thank you for them for saving the day! I can imagine an ordinary outing being nice here but not a birthday booking!

Love this place great for all ages, out door and table service. Staff are always very helpful. Clean toilets and on the hottest day of the year they have water sprays to cool you down, brilliant. I would recommend a visit
