    I recently ordered a product from Herbal Apothecary which I had previously used and been satisfied with. However, on this occasion I wasn't happy with the product and so contacted their Customer Service department. Their response was exceptional; the product and supplier was scrutinised and a problem was indeed found (to do with harvesting). I was given a full refund very quickly and also sent a follow-up email outlining the analysis of the product and the problem. I was very impressed with their response and am also reassured that they take the quality and sourcing of their ingredients seriously. I will certainly buy from them again, once a new batch of the product becomes available.
