Our daughter went to see Sarah at the Manchester clinic when she was just under 6months old. Having been on the waiting list for several weeks with the NHS and it being shrugged off for months before that due to not breast feeding, with the 6 month mark looming I became desperate and began searching for a private clinic. From the start of my contact with Laura in the office to the tongue tie procedure it took 1 week. We were actually offered that same day however we had plans and couldn't make it. Understandably so we were nervous for our daughter as she was that bit more aware and alert to her surroundings however Sarah talked us through what would happen and I was quite shocked when it took place and there were no tears! We purchased an 'O Ball' as suggested to encourage her to use her tongue during the recovery but in all honesty she was totally fine within seconds of the procedure. She fed better than ever and is now weaning comfortably! Would highly recommend to those considering it - we are so happy with the outcome and we hope that our daughter will continue to see the benefits when she begins talking too! Thank you! 😊

We took our little girl after being advised she might have tongue tie, she was too old to go through NHS in our area as the long waiting list would have taken her over the 12 week limit. The two ladies who completed our consultation were both lovely and really reassuring. Checked our daughter and she didn’t have tongue tie so they gave us some feeding advice. Since then she’s fed really well in the new position we were recommended. We got in touch to book an appointment and got one the following evening, which meant I wasn’t waiting weeks worrying! The service is ran by midwives which also gives reassurance. Would definitely recommend!

After being turned down on the NHS for tongue tie procedure I turned to infants for a second opinion where it turned out my baby’s tongue tie was tight and he did need the procedure. We felt so at ease and the ladies were so friendly and very supportive in giving feeding advice. I didn’t once feel pressured into getting the procedure done however I’m very glad I did. Was over in a second and he was handed straight back to me. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous service from start to finish. After a frantic Internet search in the middle of the night after another unsuccessful latch and short feed I discovered this service. Next day I enquired and was swiftly given an appointment followed by a phone call. The day of appointment was swift but very professional....a thorough physical assessment carried out on baby and a discussion with me on how to proceed. Over within minutes and feeding support given when baby had first feed after the procedure. Couldn't have asked for more to be done.
