Travelled to Birmingham to show these guys 2 small sample parts in order to obtain a quotation to manufacture. Waited 4 weeks for a quote, which when it came, was astronomical. I kindly declined their services and requested that they pop the samples in the post and return them to me which would have only cost them a couple of quid. Samples never arrived back with me and so far I've been waiting 6 weeks. A case of sour grapes in my opinion. A wasted journey, a waste of 4 weeks and has cost me money in lost parts.
