We had Neil Collier come to site and repair a ride on machine DR75. This machine had been left in a terrible state of repair at a previous site. Neil had to make multiple repairs and complete a thorough cleaning service as it was full of mud on the under carriage and had never been maintained properly. He went above and beyond with his services and left the machine like brand new. Wonderful service and an engineer that ICE should be proud of.

The Cleaners Cupboard
Shocking customer service from ICE namely Rob Mclanally (the business development manager) regarding a faulty (and poor quality) Sprintus vacuum I returned for a refund. They received the machine back two weeks ago and have failed to make any contact at all or respond to emails. Attempts made to contact the person dealing with the issue by phone have been fruitless too. It’s now reached the stage where I’m initiating county court proceedings to try and get my money back for the machine and the cost of returning it to them. This could’ve all been avoided with a bit of communication or at least an attempt to expedite the situation to an amicable outcome. Treating small businesses like myself with a bit of respect is obviously not in ICE’s remit.

Appalling customer service. We just need an engineer to check a floor cleaner. About two weeks of phone calls, emails and failure by ICE to arrange the repair. Given up and will go direct to the manufacturer. Amazing they are still in business
