Went totally on a whim, looking for a reducer to take the air outlet of my compressor down from 1/2" to 2/4" bsp. Nobody had come across this type of request before, but almost all of the staff gathered around to search for the appropriate part, ended up having to purchase two separate ones to put together to make the one, took quite some time, but we got there in the end. A credit to the company, all of them. I remember in the distant past, customers were treated the way I was, and it made for a very pleasant shopping experience for a change. Well done, would highly recommend.

My compressor broke down and was struggling after going to a compressor specialist in Cardiff who tried to sell me a £500 compressor which was way over the top I phoned Industrial Air and spoke to a gentleman (Roger) who said to bring the old compressor and he would see whether it could be saved, when I got there he could not be more helpful and pointed out my compressor was beyond repair because I had welded it and it would be unsafe, he showed a compressor for £250 which he said was way over the top for the job, sold me a connector very cheaply and said where I could obtain a compressor which would do the job adequately for £100. I looked after and the compressor for £250 was very reasonable as well TOP BLOKE AND TOP COMPANY.
