I absolutely love these classes. Movya is similar to Zumba and Veraflow is yoga and pilates incorporated into dance. I feel challenged but I also have a lot of fun. I am improving my balance and flexibility. Niki is a very lovely person and makes everyone feel very welcome. Everyone has different levels of ability and experience.

I am doing the MovYa class with Niki for about 4 years now. She is an amazing instructor, always caring and smiling, trying to make everyone feel as part of the community that she built. I love the positive energy in the classes and also that she is pushing us to work harder and to want more. Music is great and l always feel better after her class.
