This is a family run business with real values at its core. We were made to feel very comfortable when at the store and the owner is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. We purchased a beautiful and very well made lounge dining set for our garden and from order to delivery have been very pleased. The furniture is clearly very well made and I am sure we will have many years enjoying them. Will certainly be our go to for anything we need in our garden. Bought 2 planters from them, when they arrived they didn’t have bottoms on them, basically just metal cylinders. When I raised this with indoor / outdoor customer service was awful, they just said they aren’t listed as having a bottom. It’s a planter, it’s expected. Returns policy is appalling, you have to pay for all packaging and returns yourself. Go elsewhere.
