Wow, what a little gem of a find! Excellent opticians and brilliant dispensing optician AND they make up the glasses in house! Very friendly and helpful staff backed up with really good prices, with all the latest types of frames and lenses. Importantly, they use the latest - proper - eye pressure testing kit, none of this erratic and unreliable puff machine rubbish. What's not to love!? So pleased I found them, my new forever opticians :-)

I don't normally do online reviews, however I feel completely compelled to share my own personal experiences with this firm of opticians ( INDIVIDUAL EYE'S, INDEPENDANT OPTICIANS IN WORTHING ). Most of my dealings were over the phone with a lady called Sarah, she was brilliant, extremely helpful & very knowledgeable. My new glasses arrived on Saturday 17th June 2017, and they are amazing ( I can see again ). This firm dealt with me, & treated me like a proper human being, and there customer service was friendly & outstanding, this I find is hard to come by in this modern world. I just wish they had more stores & where local. I gladly recommend these opticians. very, very happy to use them again in the future. Thank you very much.
