Brummig the Bear
A great independent local shop for all the things needed to eat a healthy, varied vegan diet, including a tempting range of organic veg. There's also a good variety of non-food items, such as soaps and detergents. If I can't find anything, I always find the staff friendly and helpful. One of my favourite shops in Birmingham, I go out of my way to pedal up the hill to Moseley and return with laden panniers, making use of the nearby cycle stands.
