Rude staff. We wanted to come and look at their range as were recommended by a friend. Arrived at the shop to be told by a rude woman that we could not come in without an appointment (this was after all covid restrictions had been lifted). There were no other customers in the shop. We asked to make an appointment for that morning but were told nothing available for a few hours. We went to another retailer where we were made to feel welcome and did not need to make an appointment.

Just had carpets fitted to 3 bedrooms from Indigo, their advice and customer service is excellent and their fitting team were really efficient and helpful. This is the 4th time I've used Indigo Flooring in 2 different houses for carpet and Amtico and the quality has always been excellent, wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I would like to say thank you to the Indigo team for their excellence service. I had new carpet done in my whole house last December and the work was most satisfactory. After 6 months, I am also grateful for the excellent after care service provided. The team came within a week to re-stretch the carpet as part of the guarantee, and it looks as good as newly laid. I will definitely recommend them.

We recently had our landing and stairs carpet replaced by Indigo. Great experience from suggestions and ordering through to installation. Our fitter was on time (actually a bit early), kind and polite and tidy. Will definitely be using Indigo again, as we are considering putting some Amtico in and they’ve given us some good ideas. :)

We recently had our amtico floor laid by indigo. The process was efficient and professional. Scott is very knowledgeable about every aspect of flooring and offered excellent advice. The flooring was laid by a fabulous team who worked hard to get it done during the Xmas/ new year break. We also had carpet laid by indigo and again the process was seamless. We are delighted with the floors and if you are thinking of getting a new floor we can highly recommend Scott and Claire at indigo who will lead you through the process in a comforting and professional manner and a great cost.
