Ordered food at 19:20 food finally arrived at 21:40. When I phoned the restaurant I was told, (very rudely) that our order should never have been accepted as we were too far away (maybe change your delivery area???). As for the food when it finally did arrive, the chips were cold and the rest of the food was Luke warm. The kebab was smothered in chilli sauce which there was no mention of at point or ordering which made it inedible. Over all bitterly disappointed and would advise people not to order from here.

Ordered the mixed fusion grill for 2 and it doesn't say nothing about the spice and everything was swimming in chilli sauce to the point you can't enjoy the food, really gutted as payed £27 for it

We used these guys for the first time last night and we had the mixed grill for two.. wow the amount of food that was on the massive box was impressive.. was a little wait for the food and was given to wrong order first but I rang and they were back very quickly to swap the order over… overall very tasty food will deffo order from again but might go and pick it up….

Food was late (that didnt bother me as it was new years eve) called them and gentleman on phone was polite, but delivery driver blamed someone else for him being late and told me I was a drunk lady on the phone! I don't drink!! Unfortunately food was cold and not edible so waste of money, currently battling just eat for a refund as I ordered through them but beware as they only want to refund £5.93 of an £18 order and think that's justified and won't explain how they came to that amount

Appalled by the way food is being delivered. Even third world countries use aluminum foil rather than Styrofoam packets. You can see the where the heat partially burned through the thing. Had to throw it away. This goes for all the establishmentz that use acient practice. Enjoy your Styrofoam burgers and relish in the fact that it will be accumulated in your body.

My sister ordered a burger and chips. The burger was good but they forgot the chips. I ordered a Kashmiri chicken curry and garlic rice. It was the worst curry I have ever had. Couldn't eat it. Dry, tasteless chicken. Tasteless sauce with chunks of tinned pineapple in it, which is the closest it got to being Kasmiri. No nuts or dried fruits. Don't think the rice had had any garlic even waved over it. I don't normally write reviews about food places, but this one was surprising for all the wrong reasons!

Such a shame to have this restaurant in truro Ordered food and it never arrived and when we called the restaurant they started to teach us how to beg them to ask where our food was .. absolutely shameless people handling the customer service calls .. and they even cut the call on my face saying we can’t help if the order is delayed we had to turn away the food as never going to order again ever with these guys First they are late and then they are rude .!!!

Absolutely appalled by the customer service with this restaurant. Ordered at 7.30pm on Just Eat, and had to wait for nearly an hour before we had any communication from anyone. The delivery driver called and told us that he had one more delivery, then would be with us. Nearly 2 hours after we ordered, we were still left waiting for the food. We phoned the restaurant to be rudely spoken to and have the phone put down on us. We turned the food away at this point, as waiting over 2 hours for food which google maps said was a 30 minute drive to us was a complete joke. Not only this, but when we received a phone call from a delivery driver, he informed us that the total would be an extra £7 due to how far away we were. We had no issue in paying this, but could've been something that the restaurant could've phoned us to say once we placed the order, not an hour afterwards. As avid curry lovers, we were keen to try this place. Our delivery earlier in the week was cancelled, but wanted to give them a second chance as the food looked delicious, and I can say we are gutted we did. Luckily we are holiday makers as I would not be ordering from this place again if I were a local.

Ordered from here for collection on Just Eat, then realised it was a fair distance away so called the restaurant to cancel but they offered to deliver for a very reasonable price. Food arrived still hot and was delicious, would highly recommend!
