I've had a few meals from here and have always been pleased with the food and delivery service. Tonight however there was a long delay. I understand things happen and I really don't mind waiting, but my food arrived cold and the naan was so tough I could hardly cut it, let alone chew the thing!! It ended up in the bin - very disappointed on this occasion.
