one of the worst services I ever been gone through , unprofessional and very rude! I wait 2 hrs in a queue just to get in and been told I don’t have right appointment despite I booked it a month ago and had to plan to go to London well advance , this was 6 hour journey was completely gone in vain after taking full day off from office, I feel the pains and understand High commission of India is one of the worst organisations and wasting people time!

Visited India house for birth registration. Not able to get the appointment via online, so requested the office via email, they immediately provided the appointment. Visited with relevant documents. Reached 1 hour before and they allowed me in to the office to process the certificate. Took 10 minutes to verify and after payment received the Birth certificate within 5 minutes. Thank you HCI London .
