Avoid this company at all costs. We got Patrick in to do our wardrobes in November and he gave us a date of the 20th January for wardrobe delivery. When this date came we chased Patrick for a delivery time as we hadn’t heard anything. (I’d arranged a joiner to fit them over the weekend.) and after chasing this he told us the driver had an “emergency” and as an apology for being late he would get his fitter to install them the follow Tuesday. This was ok by us as meant we wouldn’t have to cancel the decorator or the carpet layer which had been scheduled around having the wardrobes fitted so we agreed and his “joiner” did fit the wardrobe carcass, but the wardrobe doors were missing, there was damage to an infill piece and the vanity and draw units were fitted to low so the skirting wouldn’t fit under the draw openers and alongside this, there was damage to the freshly plastered ceiling - none of which was reported to us and the fitter just left without saying anything despite my wife being at home, working in the next room. We chased Patrick for a reason we had no doors and the poor quality of fit and was told the doors didn’t meet quality control and later given a delivery date of another 3 weeks. This delivery date came and went. When we asked Patrick what happened he said “haven’t they delivered them?” After this Patrick started ignoring all our communication and we were still chasing a date. Luckily he had forwarded an email from his supplier so we contacted them directly who confirmed that the doors were ordered on the 18th January and they invoiced Patrick on the 19th but he hadn’t paid it so they didn’t put the doors into production. It became apparent that he had lied about the doors not meeting quality control and lied about delivery dates - despite Patrick taking a 50% deposit from us when we placed the order he obviously didn’t have the money to pay for our doors! We confronted Patrick about this information and he came up with more excuses and lies. Text messages, emails, phone calls and voicemails all went unanswered so I resorted to messaging on his Instagram page to get a response which did work. He then told us that he wasn’t going to finish our wardrobes and the money we paid was enough to cover what we had been given and we should find another supplier to finish what he had started. (We tried Instagram as we were sick of Patrick’s lies and lack of communication.) We went back to him and told him we was going to take this to trading standards and a small claims court as we were not prepared to accept his proposal as it was not what was agreed and by response were given two options; 1. we give him more money up front and he would sort it. (Laughable that he thought this was acceptable as we had done nothing but chase him for the last two months with no response and therefore would we really risk paying up front for completion when he had not delivered his part of the deal so far?!)Or 2. we paid the supplier directly and they would deliver them and we wouldn’t have to deal with him again. Obviously we went directly to the supplier. The wardrobe doors cost less than £1100 from the supplier. If Patrick had supplied them as promised we would of paid him the 50% outstanding which was around £2500. The only thing that makes sense why Patrick hadn’t paid the £1100 himself is that he has major cash flow troubles. Why else wouldn’t you pay out £1100 to get £2500 back? Regarding the other issue of poor fit - we were promised infills to allow us to resolve the shoddy fit but these have never been delivered despite multiple promise and he is not responding to any emails asking for a delivery date on these. Please don’t risk your hard earned money on this unprofessional, unreliable company - he does not deliver what was promised and his communication has been shocking.

We have just had our new kitchen designed and supplied by Prestige Design and we are beyond happy. Patrick at Prestige Design Yorkshire planned an entirely new kitchen layout for us and went through all the options to get us exactly the bespoke design we wanted. He was helpful, knowledgeable and non-pushy. He was also great at replying to endless emails to discuss options, and would go out of his way to drop off samples or meet in the showroom in person when we needed advice about aspects of the design. He also supplied the LVT herringbone oak flooring and arranged the bespoke installation of the quartz worktops for the new kitchen. The kitchen exceeds our expectations and we are so pleased we went with this company for a really high quality kitchen we just wouldn’t have got from a big brand name high street kitchen company. The build quality and finish is excellent, and Prestige Design were great. Highly recommended! SCAM. Patrick came to my house to meaure up our kitchen. He said he would be in contact with us via email. After a month, I rang him up and he said he had already emailed me. I gave him another email adress and waited another month. When I tried ringing him after this, he did not answer ANY of my phone calls. I then decided to ring him through a withheld number and he picked up and was very shocked that I had rang. He told me he has misplaced my email adress and asked me to text it over to him. It has now been 3 months and I have not heard anythng from him. I do not recommend this company to anyone. In reply to your comment: When you came to my house, you mentioned to me that you would draw up three different designs. You never mentioned to me that you I needed to be specific in terms of what I wanted. If you would have told me this, I would have made a decision there and then or you could have been straight up and said that you would not be able draw up designs for me! But instead you never even got in contact and ignored my phone calls. Very unprofessional.

Excellent service from start to finish from Inspired Design and very competitive on costs all round. Patrick provided us with a great design that gave us everything we wanted all within a couple of days of visiting and responded promptly to every tweak we requested from then on. The visuals really did match the end result! We also needed a quick turnaround on fitting which they were able to accommodate, commencing the install just a month after the initial design visit. We couldn't be happier with the end result and quality of the finished Kitchen & Utility. Thanks again to Patrick and the rest of the team, we will be recommending you to others without hesitation.
