This company is unable to deal with sensitive data. It is dangerous to work for them as they do not know what to do with your documents. Their complaints procedure states the same email as they do not respond to at all. Do not send them anything because you do not know what they do with your information and data.

I worked at ISWP as a Business Support Apprentice for a year and a half. Great company to work for and I learnt a lot about HR which enabled me to develop further in my career and study for a CIPD.

I have worked as a Senior Support Worker with ISWP for two years, ISWP offers a really unique service which supports Local Authorities, we do the work that Social Services have been instructed by the Courts, which they wouldn’t be able to cover, and that’s where ISWP come in, Parenting Support within family homes this is usually 24hrs a day 7 days a week, we supervise Contact between parents and their children in the Community as well as carrying out welfare visits. The work can be as little as 1 hour or 12 hour shifts , the work is flexible working hours and they pay really well. I can’t see myself leaving in the near future.

ISWP is an efficient service, readily available to provide advice, support and guidance whenever requested. The spread of expertise throughout the partnership provides best opportunity for global reach in terms of the completion of quality assessments and reports that are both culturally competent and child focused.

Pointless company. Need to have a lawyer representing you to access a social worker. Why add a further £500-1000 to costs for parents who are trying to see their own children?

I have only worked with this company for a week and because of the low standard of management I’ve decided to leave. I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone to work for this company. 1 star is being generous 👎🏼
