We recently discovered our shower had been leaking into the floor below and rotted some floorboards plus joist and needed removing so the floor could be assessed by insurance and repaired. This could drag on for a long time so we needed to convert our bath to a shower quick. Paul and the team assessed what we needed from photos supplied and gave us a quote on the spot. They even delivered it free and sourced me a suitable plumber to come do all the work all within a week. Once this is all sorted i know where out new shower unit will be coming from. Highly recommended.

Its very inconsiderate what one or your van drivers, (plate looked like HYL9WMK), has done, parked on a pavement overnight… we was out walking are dog at 8:30 and because of this van driver and meany other drivers we have to pass on the road, I couldn’t imagine how a visually impaired person or anyone with a disability would be able to navigate obviously this van is not the only one but at least something can be done about it. I bet this is a very good company to work with this is just about parking after hours on the pavement please don’t allow this

I purchased 2 x vertical Aspen designer radiators from this local Company in June 2021 to replace older conventional radiators. It transpires that the radiators supplied were 'handed' i.e. to be supplied only in the direction of a yellow arrow at the base of each radiator as there is an internal baffle to direction the flow. This was not indicated in the Aspen web site or advised to me by IPS prior to order. As they cannot be fitted to my system, IPS and Aspen have refused to take the radiators back (as the cardboard wrapping has been disposed) there is also a 50/50 chance of suiting another customer's system. Let the buyer beware. Let this serve as an alert to other diy home plumbers.
