We recently worked with Lewis Campbell at the independent mortgage store to buy our first home and we couldn't be happier. Lewis explained the process in plenty of detail and was very patient with all of our questions. When we found a property, the current owners required a very quick turnaround and would only accept our lower offer if we could meet their schedule. The situation was made more complicated because it was over the Christmas period. However, Lewis made sure that everything was in place for us and everything is set to go ahead in the next few days. After struggling to find somewhere that we could afford, Lewis went the extra mile to help us and we wouldn't have managed to buy our first home without his help and advice. Very pleased with the mortgage advice given. During the administration process the interest rates by the bank were reduced twice. Lewis kept an eye on the rates and was able to reduce the rates for me also. I also noticed I received an reduction for working at the NHS even if I have not asked for this. Will use this broker again if I require another mortgage.
