Very slow at communication and the whole process was made unnecessarily stressful and not completed in time due to Karen being part time and having my account dealt with when she was absent and so my case just being left idle. Also not listening and assuming certain issues which also caused disruption and delay with my case. Phil on the other hand was extremely helpful and assertive when he had to step in and take over my account because of Karen’s incompetence.

The team at IMAB have been on a long journey with us for our house purchase. Property after property, offer after offer - Karen always ensured we had sufficient time to get AIPs, any additional documents sorted prior to making an offer. Right through the purchase process, the Admin team ensured solicitors were prompt in their updates to us and they even went out of their way to follow up on our case on a weekly basis. Overall, every penny spent on IMAB's services has been worth it - Special mention to Karen for working late and during holidays to ensure we had no roadblocks. Many thanks once again.
