Independent London have done a fantastic job again to organise another successful change of tenant in one of my properties. In addition to checking one tenant out and the other one in they also sorted out the cleaning and the various certificates required in a timely and seamless manner. They are easily the most knowledgeable and efficient letting agent I have used in London and I could not recommend them more highly, especially to busy landlords like me who rely on experienced professionals to sort all these things out in my absence. 10/10.

I would avoid this company at all costs, property was not as described, lost hot water twice (once for 2 weeks) you are required to manage any/all maintenance issues. Then at the end of tenancy they hit you unrealistic charges that don’t take into account general wear and tear. With so many other property agents out there, don’t add excess stress to your life.
