I went to Independent Hearing Services Ltd to get a pair of Emtec noisebreaker custom earplugs for a 2 week motorbike tour of France. The help, advice and service from Marianne and Ray were all excellent. They were very accommodating to my busy schedule and deadline and really went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed in time for my departure. Very many thanks from a very satisfied customer!

This practice is absolutely wonderful. Ray has been so professional, knowledgeable and welcoming to me and, more importantly, my mother who is in her late 80's. Mum has, in the nicest way, been driving friends and family mad as she has been persevering for years with her NHS hearing aids but missing half the conversation. The practice were recommended to her by friends and from the start we were impressed. There is a consulting room where hearing tests took place and her current equipment was reviewed. Mum was fitted, on loan, with state of the art aids which have transformed her hearing. She then purchased a set privately through the practice. The service offered by Ray and his wife is fantastic, truly second to none, with Mum having already taken advantage of a home visit to tweak the settings now she's used them in her day to day settings, from Zumba classes, to dancing, coffee mornings and of course in her home. I would highly recommend.
