My son has been attending the Monday evening nights out for a couple of years now and he absolutely loves it. The staff go above and beyond to help him cope as this is a huge thing for him, he now has a lovely group of friends and is able to have a social night out with them once a week accessing lots of mainstream activities with subtle support. He loves all the things he gets to do with them and looks forward to it each week. We have seen him come along so much the past couple of years and it’s all thanks to the fantastic staff!

Excellent provision, mixture of male and female staff of various ages. Lots of different activities to suit group and individuals needs. Were really supportive during lockdown and as we are coming out now offering residential holidays which is a fabulous opportunity. My daughter attends once a week and the evening social club and online fitness club really loves being with her peers and the staff definitely 5⭐️

My son Andrew has been attending Independence Project since September 2019 and has settled in so well. This is in part due to him knowing Mr Denny so well and in part due to him being such a personable, placid young man with an “eager to please” demeanour. Andrew knows everyone at Independence Project and has built up trust and friendships with the staff and friendships with the other young people who are of similar age to him. The difference that Independence Project has made to Andrew’s life is tangible and he engages in all the activities. Andrew is happy, safe and in absolutely the right place to grow and fulfil his potential. Andrew loves going each day to Independence Project and is the happiest I have seen him. Andrew's happiness is all that we as a family could possibly want and we are forever grateful to Andrew Denny and all the amazing team at Independence Project for giving him this and much more.
