Before the new chair arrived we said that we were unsure if my mum had entered end of life care, and weather to keep renting rather than purchase The assessor told us not to worry that they could either buy the chair back for rental, or store it until a buyer was found. My mother died 3 weeks after the purchase, but the company has declined to do either. I don't like liars!!
