    Problem with tree branches growing over the boundary line into my property. Informed them it causing a nuisance, petals covering the garden and making a slippery surface for my 80 year old mother. INCOMMUNITIES LIED saying the trees were protected, checked with BFD COUNCIL was told NO THEY ARE NOT. Absolutely disgusted with the response, NO CARE OR RESPONSIBILITY for vulnerable people and their safety

    I've lived in my house over 20 years, I've paid my rent on time, and in full without fail. I held my side of the contract. Incommunities have decided to upgrade my house with a new roof and exterior render. Nice! That's where the problems started, I won't go into details, I'll just say the tradesmen they employed have been the worst cowboys I've experienced in my life. The scaffolding has been up over 7 months, both gardens are unusable. Last week, we celebrated the three month anniversary of the day the scaffolding should have been REMOVED, my house finished and the workmen gone. I still can't use my garden. Incommunities have ignored the problem, we emailed a complaint and received an email saying they'll reply within 10 days, that, unfortunately was also a lie. I'm waiting for a reply from the housing umbudsman now, the whole thing has been a joke :(. They're decent landlords, but I've never been involved in a more amateurish situation with supposed professionals..

    After 13 months of antisocial neighbours. Reporting everything to the council, antisocial behaviour team, the police, community trigger and our local counsellor I took a chance and emailed about a flat within incommunities. A few days later Carli rang and gave us an escape. So in a few weeks we get our lives back. Thank you so much Carli

    I was burgled and I have to pay for the damages when incommunities don't update they system when people tell them that other people have moved out and I still get letters with two names on so I will be taking the matter further. Also the income team are ignorant as I have sent many emails and still no reply

    So here we go, finally at mothers (aged 87) having lived in her rented home since 1957, you decide to do some repairs, firstly months before Christmas you remove the gas fire in the front room as it’s deemed unsafe? Not replaced with new? Why Not? The fireplace partially stripped of tiles at the time is the same today as I post this? Recently, it’s decided you are going to work on the roof and erect scaffolding? Last night (Tuesday) returning from a job in Doncaster, yes I’m a service engineer for over 40 years, who is well aware what providing a real service involves, gets a phone call from mother to say her heating has failed? Thinking I’ll pop by and top up the water pressure as I’ve done for some years now as the seemingly inept engineers you employ to service the heating system seem to be eluded to the problem? Upshot is, boiler wouldn’t reset, further checks found that outside they had been sandblasting the mortar brickwork and not only was the next doors covered in sand, so was mothers garden and most importantly, big schoolboy error! It had choked the flue and boiler up with sand causing it to fail? I called the “Helpline” this morning (Wednesday)to be told I’m not on the “third party” list? and explained the situation. Mother rang me sometime later to say that an engineer would be with her tomorrow morning at which point I rang the helpline back to be told there was not an engineer available? I informed her I could get one immediately and offered to invoice them which they declined as you’d expect? So, we have 2 ladies in a property aged 87 and 78, one on the brink of dementia and the other with learning difficulties and an impending well publicised cold spell with no heating and you don’t send anyone in the day? If there is not an engineer on site by 10am today, this matter will be taken a lot further, your service is downright shocking that you do not prioritise vulnerable customers, particularly when the issue has been caused by your ineptitude in carrying out any kind of works without it turning into some kind of chuckle brothers side show? Get a grip on your procedures before you kill somebody because as a service, your plainly not fit for purpose as a service provider? Tick, Tock..🤔 I await your apologies and a response both on site and from your management. Thank you.
