Terrible experience! Everything that this housing association have control over is being left. I've been expected to deal with their duties despite things being in their name. No matter how many times you report issues nothing gets done within a suitable time frame, if at all! Really not happy! 1 year later.... A lift that keeps breaking. Months spent waiting for a window that repeatedly jams itself either, staying open or closed. There are only so many people you can pay to come out as you try to wait for the 'right' answer, but you've know for over 1 year that all the windows need to be replaced!

After many issues and many promises ,Inclusion Housing has not sorted the issues facing my Disabled son's home .The manager continues to ignore my emails as does his understudy.Started the complaints procedure ..see where it will get me ...fingers crossed..

After 2 months and nearly 20 times of reporting a leaking ceiling and defective hobs, inclusion are yet to come out to make repairs. Recently received an email confirming these repairs were actually made! worst housing company I have ever been with, would give no stars if I could.
