Most of the female staff are very rude, talk to like a child and hang up on you when you call them out and/or prove them wrong about something. Absolutely disgusting attitude, such poisonous attitudes lead to toxic mentality 👌

Excellent service and all the staff are friendly and go out of there way to help you. Can't fault them in anyway and I'm now 6 weeks sober.

Same of the staff were kind, but some treated you like a child and assumed you were only there for free methodone to supply your heroin addictiom. The inclusion way is very much a one size fits all approach, you must attend boring sessions were people either rant or wallow in self pity. In the end cold turkey seemed more preferable then being treated like a child and attending unproven and unscientific support groups. IF YOU WANT TO BE IN CONTROL OF YOUR RECOVERY THEN AVOID INCLUSION.
