Booked in for builder gel via messenger, appointment was confirmed, and when I arrived, the lady behind the counter was quite abrupt. Told me my appointment was not booked in and was accidently put in for a different date and time. I told her I had made time to come to my appointment and had driven out quite far. She shrugged her shoulders and said what do you want me to do about it. Honestly so rude and unprofessional. Booking system is also rubbish. Avoid guys they are totally rude. I'll be putting it all over social media..never offered anything not even an apology. Instead I got what do you want me to do I can't do 2 people at once!! Rude, stay away.
