First time I went service was done but they weren’t able to reset service light as systems down . My van was not cleaned despite them saying it would be cleaned. Went on holiday in the van with service light on and then ad-blue light came back on saying engine wouldn’t restart which was really stressful on a driving holiday worrying we would be stranded. I had Emailed twice to advise of problems and to get the van booked back in but no response received and when I called I was told it was just too busy to get me back in. Went back in after the holiday to get the warning systems reset and also advise of knocking noise from top mounts. Was charged £360 to basically tighten a bolt …. Service lights reset ….. van not cleaned again despite being told it would be. Honestly Shocking service levels and extortionate prices. Not happy.
