    A very good selection of cars(from what I could see from inside my car), but this is the second time I've popped in to have a browse (Friday at about 1.30pm). Drove in and drove straight out (like last time) .Absolutely NO place to park, in fact, I could barely turn round to get out. Not sure how they expect to sell cars. And it can't be because they are busy, the site you have is just too small...or reduce your onsite stock so customers can view your cars. I would not be comfortable leaving my car here for a service, due to possible damage to my car. I went to Jemca Reading instead.

    Initial contact was very poor. I saw a car on the Toyota used car list and rang to get detail. I made 3 calls on the first day and was promised a ring back each time, On the 4th call, late in the day and after forceful requests I spoke to someone who confirmed that the car was in stock. I bought the car online once I knew you had it available. This was Friday 2nd June. I arranged on the Toyota site to collect the car on Monday 5th June. On Saturday I had my first contact with your sales department who were unaware of the delivery date. I told them That I needed the car at 2 pm on Monday 5th as I had arranged to be taken to your premises at that time. With some expression of doubt your sales person said he would do his best and on my arrival I was eventually shown the car which I was happy with. I had paid in full for the car on Saturday 3rd June so there should have been no delay but it still took 1 .15 mins before i could drive away. I managed to get to Alton to buy petrol but the fuel warning light came on just past Fleet Services, so I was on tenderhooks for that part of my journey and I think that you could at least made sure that there was a reasonable amount of fuel in the car on delivery, Only 5 litres would have been sufficient to get me home. So:- Lovely car but not very good customer service. Michael Young
