Supposedly forgot my car needed collecting and then forgot it was due to be brought back to me by a specific time. I had to continuously call as the calls weren't being answered and when I did get through, I was told they couldn't get hold of the drivers. Very poor service

Went for a service and MOT and was lied to about the state of my rear brakes, saying the pads and discs would fail an MOT but neither were an MOT failure. Pads were at 2mm, yes needed changing but not an MOT failure and the discs had a very small lip but again didn't need changing. I was conned.. disgusting treatment!

We were greeted on arrival & were looked after brilliantly, William was so helpful & informative. He made us a drink & took the time to go through various options (car/finance etc) & was extremely patient as we deliberated. He arranged a test drive for us & we loved the car !!! We may have continued looking around had we not received this service . The finance team were also excellent.. I had an issue uploading the information, it all got resolved quickly and efficiently. 10/10 all round .

Viewed a car in Jan and paid a deposit of 500 pounds - promised a full refund if I change my mind. Decided to buy from others and requested a refund. 3 months on and still haven’t got money back!! Been calling and calling, they are difficult to reach. They promised to call back and follow up actions many times - all came up empty!
