Took my car in for a service and valuation and was promised the valuation same day. It is now more than a week later and I still don't have this. I have now called 5 times on different days to follow up and each time I am promised it same day, but it never materialises.

I sold my mini nearly 4 weeks ago and still haven’t been paid by Mini Reading. I left it two weeks as they said payments can take up to 10 days… I’ve been ringing every day this week and everybody is always busy and never call me back. I’m wondering at what point I can escalate this, do I call the police and report it stolen? Adding after mini’s response and phoning again today. Today I did speak to somebody who promised payment and did apologise but alias still nothing in the bank. Seems other departments issues…

What a superb garage.. excellent service from start to finish! They have got the best team working at Westerly. We came from out of the area having spotting the mini we wanted online and making a quick and easy reservation. Comms both on the phone and online were slick, friendly and super helpful. In person they couldn’t help us enough and we went away super happy customers.. I know where we’ll be getting our next car from! Super easy access, free parking on street outside the forecourt, step free access inside with super cool and clean decor, tea and coffee facilities and a warm, comfortable and inviting atmosphere.. couldn’t recommend it more highly 🌟

I got the very best treatment from Tyler at Inchcape. He took me through the entire process of deciding what car would work from me to understanding finance options to purchasing & insuring & delivering my very first car to my home. It is quite nerve wracking to make such a big purchase and you want to make sure you are doing the right things. Tyler patiently answered all my questions, took me for a test drive and explained how to operate the tech. I put in the deposit on Monday & by Thursday I had my new car in my drive.
