We bought our approved Range Rover Evoque on the 19th October 22 from Inchcape Preston. On the 28th of October 22 it was discovered that it had a vibration problem and the radio only worked intermittently. We finally got the car booked in for investigation 2nd March 23. it is now the 8th May 23 and we still haven't got an appointment to rectify these problems. Inchcape Preston are not returning our calls and so we have booked it in with another dealer to have these problems rectified, which we will have to pay for even though they should have been rectified by Inchcape Preston under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as they were diagnosed within six months of purchase. in the meantime we have had to replace the battery to solve other issues which should also have been covered by the Consumer Act. We feel totally let down by Land Rover in general and Inchcape Preston in particular.

Finally decided to give the local garage a chance after hearing lots of horror stories regarding the service! Oh how i regret it now!! If you use Inchcape for your servicing etc, DO NOT let them Valet your car! Not unless you want your paintwork scratch!

Great experience at this dealership. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable throughout. I was able to work from the dealership whilst the vehicle was serviced and was regularly checked on whilst ensuring I was comfortable and had plenty of coffee refills.
