We took our range rover in for an abs sensor replacement after a fault 30 minute job 🤣 one week later after maybe 10 phone calls of us doing all the chasing and finally enough was enough we turned up out the blue and hey presto car was just being finished 🤣 come on a week for a 30 minute job

We are interested in purchasing a Defender 90. We couldn’t do the test drive on the first visit as we were told there wasn’t enough time as they take 2 hours, and due to the Bank Holiday they’d be closing at 2pm. This was prior to 12pm. Booked the appointment to test drive the following week. Email received from Salesman to confirm appointment during the week. I altered the day due to being now told the test drive as only an hour so decided not to take up the whole Sunday with a middle of the day appointment. Salesman advised he wasn’t in on the Saturday but his collegue Clive was who was available and he was CC into all the emails. Turned up at the showroom for the pre arranged appointment left hanging about for around 35mins. As the salesmen was apparently busy but would only be a few minutes. Then another sale guy asked if he could be of assistance. Explained the situation, he returned with his lap top to tell us the appointment was for the following day and they didn’t have said vehicle available to test drive anyway. Clive popped over to say we were there on the wrong day and he was tied up currently. But my question was if it wasn’t a car available to test drive on the Saturday, so they weren’t going to have one available on the Sunday either when was someone going to contact us to advise us of this ? So this was the 3rd visits to the showroom, closed on the Saturday for The Coronation which was acceptable, still no Defender ordered. The travel distance from our home is 45 mins each way.

Needless to say that during the last couple of weeks all has been up to the usual excellence of service from both service and sales; notably Gary welcoming and managing all service arrivals and Ellie handling my new car sale.

Wonderful drive-in feature, if its raining you drive into a lovely reception area. Everyone was lovely and very helpful. Did a great job and my Evoque was presented to me looking as good as new, after a great wash. Used one of their loan cars. Couldn't fault, thank you.
