Unfortunately, I cannot say much good, and I doubt that anyone will read this. Actually, the only good thing I could say is about Zara. She is always helpful and courteous. Generally, I have a lot of problems with my F-Pace and I often visit your service center for warranty inspections and repairs. Every time you fix something, something is not done properly, or something that should also be repaired is overlooked, or at least not mentioned. But I want to focus on the last repair. After one of the recent repairs, and after you removed the gearbox, I reported to you that I heard a worrying metallic sound during acceleration. Finally, when you arranged the inspection, I heard that the ball joint dust cover was split in the front suspension. It was obvious to me that this was not the source of the sound. My car was with you for a whole week, and finally, I was told that the metallic sound was coming from a loose bracket on the gearbox area. I remind that, the sound appeared after you repaired the car and removed the gearbox. The worst is that after a week, I received my car unrepaired. As soon as I arrived in Wimbledon, the sound returned, and in addition, after you replaced the ball joint, you did not do a wheel alignment, and my steering wheel is turned to the left while driving straight. The next day, I returned to your service center and talked to Ms. Manager. She was not able to tell me much about why my car was with you for a week and nothing was done. I felt that she didn't really care about it. She assured me that she would take care of it and that she would call me back. Of course, she did not call with any information. On Tuesday I have an appointment for another fix of your repair and the continuation of this embarrassing story. Dariusz Matyja OV68VCL

Really enjoyed my first visit to JLR Service Centre Guildford today. The customer lounge was a great place for me to work from my laptop with free coffees and biscuits. Very competitive service price for my XF, which I was delighted about. I was looked after by Amina, who was really friendly and delivered a great customer experience. Thank you Amina! My iPace was meant to have a heater fault fixed after a 5-week wait for parts. But the part never came :-( A car was loaned by Land Rover Assist :-) But I waited in reception for 1 hour with no idea of what or who I was waiting for. Apparently, it was paperwork from Land Rover Assist for me to sign (was that difficult to say?). I had to ask if the service team wanted the key to my car before I drove away! I got no additional information about the delay or what was next. I felt a sense of ambivalence from the people I connected with. A year later... Still 1 star Booked a service on Feb 7th for Mar 14th 2023, quite a long wait! I notified the service team that there were 3 additional things to look at, the front seat heating seemed weak, the auto beam assist performs erratically AND the car gets VERY condensated, so I suspected a leak. Called the service team and told them that I believe the leak was a failure of the windscreen seal. The car was taken for its service, all day I heard nothing, so I called. My Service contact was with a customer, he'd call back. Never called so I called again just before closing, my Service contact was with a customer, he'd call back the next day. I eventually called later the next day, my Service contact was with a customer, he'd call back, this time he called back, apparently he didn't have an electrical technician! It would need to wait a few weeks for one to be available, "would I like the car back?". NO, fix the problems and especially the leak. Eventually I contacted Trish Wingrove, she calmed me down and we agreed that everything would be done the following week and the service was free. There didn't seem to be a problem with the seats or lights but the latest software updates were applied. The windscreen was removed, replaced and re-sealed. The car was cleaned, but the front driver's footwell was still soaking wet from the leak. The car still condensates on April 4th, but I believe the leak is fixed it's just the carpets that are still damp. Service: Air conditioning
