Was satisfied till I bought the bike, but after just a big disappointment. First warranty repair couple hours after purchase, second- around three weeks after, third... a bit later, but not resolved yet. Already THREE month waiting for ordered part and promised phone call- no updates no communication what so ever. Service quality is very poor.

This place will try to screw you. I offered £2850 for a BMW F650 asking £2999 in September '22. Over book price but I wanted a bike. Got the 'we don't care' brush off. Bike still there Feb '23 at £2799. Buy private, dealers like this are just parasites feeding off the gullible.
