A very good company to deal with ,no hard sell just all the information you need to make up your mind. I had the install of my solar system done in one day ,everything was shown to me and explained by the two install engineers. I was even shown how to set up the App. From the first email for a quote to the install has been a very easy trouble free experience . Would and have recommended In2gr8ted Solutions well done all and thank you.

After waiting 8 months the solar panels and equipment were delivered and installed onto our garage (40m from the house) roof area over a 2 day period. As there was a ’comms’ issue between the inverter in the garage and the house consumer unit preventing the battery from operating properly, they said they needed to obtain a replacement part. This was done the following week and everything now works perfectly. Whilst we had to wait a very long time, our experience of In2gr8ted Solution installation is a positive one and we have no complaints at all. In fact we are already considering asking them to fit a second 5.2kw battery.

Very poor company. Salesman did a great job and the start with getting quote out fast. Signed contract and DNO application was not applies for until weeks later. Unnecessary delay, Little or no contact regarding timescales. system works well thought

As other have said there are long leads times due to scarcity of solar panels and battery systems. However I found the company to be very helpful and professional, and even though I had some issues with the install due to my setup, these were resolved quickly and professionally within a week. Everythings been working great since and I would recommend In2Gr8ted solutions.

My order is now complete just short of a year after placing it, the panels got installed in July 22 and the battery in March 23. If i'm being honest I'm over the moon with the service i've had. I ordered right at the start of people wanting to 'protect' themselves against the energy price hikes along with the goverment removing the VAT from installs and just when the global supply chain was at it's worst and costs increasing. I paid for the panels after install (July 22) and to be fair come September the panels wouldn't have kept the house running and put anything in the battery so I sat back with the money for the battery in my account. I emailed a couple of times to see what was going on and I got replies, no dramas. Then at the end of Feb I got a call asking if they could arrange a date to install the battery and not once have I been asked to pay more than they qouted for in March 22. All the install guys have been very polite and respectful, told me what i've needed to know. I would and have recommended to friends and family. Thanks very much.

In2gr8ted Solutions were great. Professional and knowledgeable unlike some others I initially approached. Gave me time and info. To weigh up what was needed. Good products and competitive price. Installers were good, on time, polite and made sure everything was running. Installed over a year ago and all fine. Electric bills about £16 A month now.

Installed over 2 days, has issue with battery due to incorrect meter being installed, this was resolved 1 month later. Still no G98 application certificate and still waiting for my extended warranty to be applied on GivEnergy portal, GivEnergy say it hasn’t been purchased. Avoid at all costs, check out his Facebook page for further reviews like this. Too many customers, not enough staff and just cant be arsed with paperwork or customer service once he’s had his cash. 😡 In response to your reply in January 2023: I am glad to hear you have invested in additional staff to complete you installations. I would be greatfull if you could prioritise completing my installation by registering my GivEnergy extended warranty that I purchased from you. I am also still yet to hear about my G98 application so unable to receive payment from my energy provider for export.

Same story as all the other 1-star reviews. Signed contract in May 2022, panels and inverter finally installed in November, but no sign of a battery. Since May, they have not replied to a single email or answered the phone once. Being busy is one thing, but totally ignoring your customers is inexcusable. Do not use this company! I am now looking elsewhere to finish off the installation.
