I've ordered a few frames from these guys over the last couple of years and their service has been excellent with great customer service for any issues (on my ordering being incorrect). Wayne was very friendly and helpful and the products are very good value for money for standard and made-to-measure frames, with advice about mounting.

Be warned, they encourage you to upload your images, giving the impression throughout the whole process that you shall receive a framed image. Far from it, you receive an empty overpriced frame that is of a lesser quality than you would buy from IKEA. And they have a no returns policy, claiming that their frames are made to measure, they 100% are not, standard frames. Terribly misleading crooked organisation.

Really messed me about with my order. Parcel was left in the hallway two sets of stairs below where I live. No effort made to actually deliver it to me despite the delivery note saying it was passed to me. Don’t understand how it’s so hard to deliver decent service. Overall a complicated ordering process. Frames don’t come with anything to hang them on the wall with or anything to prop them up with on a surface.
