He was so helpful and friendly and can’t recommend him enough. I can certainly recommend Janome M30A if you are looking for a lightweight machine to take to classes. .

Excellent amazing service. Purchased my Janome machine in 2003 from Jim. My parents adored him he was so kind to them. Many years have passed. Issues with the bobbin casing on the machine Friday I took into the shop, explained what had happened. On the following Tuesday it was ready for collection . A full service had been executed, a change/ replacement of bobbin casing. VERY reasonable price. Absolutely delighted, like a new machine. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.
