This is a long story with this company . Firstly they are the worst company with staff what they are use less in the company . In 2 weeks time since they broken my air suspension when they done the full service ( they should use jack mode in car menu ) I try to call to they main office but to answer someone I need to spend minimum 30min every day on phone . Managers they are liars . I’m saying that because they agree to repair my car and they say that will order the part and fix it. Even after 2 weeks they still lie me saying that the part is delayed every day and now they said that is coming in 2 weeks time . I have enough with this guys because they spend my time( spending my money because I need to rent a car for few days ) and my patience as well. This will not stay like that because I will make this company pay for all things going forward .

DO NOT USE IN'n'OUT Autocentres took our car in to be looked at as was making a knocking noise.. the staff on reception was so so rude. We sat and watched as the mechanic took it in to check it we watched him pull a part off the top of the spring at the back. Was then quoted £800 to fix our car!!! Apparently needed new springs new ball joints new droplinks and rear mount at the back! We decided to take it to another mechanic and guess what £280 all that needed doing was the drop links a ball joint and the part replacing that they ripped off!!! Nothing but con artists! Would never recommend or use I strongly advise people to stay clear of them.

Went for MOT and allegedly they couldn't open my car bonnet and kept my car for 48 hours and never called to let me know what was wrong until I cam back to collect it. They were then very rude at the reception and I opened the bonnet in 30 seconds WITH LONG NAILS. Took it round the corner to another business MOT was done in 24 hours and I they opened it fine. They are rude, lazy and unhelpful avoid at all costs. Also didn't get my refund until a week later. Disgusting company.
