The one star is for bothering to answer the phone. Maybe we just called at the wrong time but they need to learn that good first impressions when you’re providing an important service is pretty important. To come across as grumpy/rude and slightly snobby is not what I look for when wanting to deal with a company/person. Maybe it’s because we’re looking to rent and not buy/sell/become a landlord.

My Wife and I were looking to sell our house during the pandemic. With my wife being pregnant we were very cautious due to Covid and right from the get go Jamie was incredible, he listened to our requirements and advised accordingly on how to market our home. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and I wasn't required to be too involved. Can’t recommend InHouse enough. Having just exchanged on our sale and purchase, both through InHouse, we really did receive the best service you could hope for. Jamie was open and honest on the market appraisal for our sale, he had done his research on our type of house before attending and was really encouraging with the pricing he suggested, which was in total contrast to the other agent who can round). The photos were an excellent reflection of the property, and I think sale agreed after 1 viewing speaks for itself for both quality of marketing and price point. Luke was great with our purchase, in a tough situation where we hadn’t yet had the offer on ours we were able to get an agreement in place, and we are absolutely delighted that the house will now be ours in 2 days time! Thank you both, and the whole InHouse team for your work on both parts of our chain! Should we ever move again we would definitely use InHouse again! Thank you all, Chris

InHouse were amazing. From day one where Jamie came to perform a market valuation, with kids running about, he engaged with the kids and was kind, playful and patient - You can babysit anytime! Luke giving a lot general advice on letting and other things - Thank you And Rebecca for answering all the emails and calls and all the help when popping in for things. A REAL family run business with a family business ethos too. I wouldn't hesitate a second to use them again - Sales or letting. Very trustworthy, genuine and realistic. Thank you to all those you I also spoke with but can't remember all of your names - You are a great bunch.
