I started working for this organisation in December 2021 and have not looked back since. I recieved excellent training spanning 3 training days with the subject matter covered in detail, I had my shadow shifts where I got to meet the clients, other carers and experienced routines within clients homes and then moved on to independant calls ... the team is building on strong foundations and is developing nicely .... our service users are a lovely mix and all have their own sense of humour ... Highly reccomend
