I contacted Russel quite late on Monday and he responded so quickly. Ask me for photos and was very quick in ascertaining what I needed. He told me who would be attending and worked around my schedule. Lewis showed up today- earlier than expected which was great. He contacted me just before which was very helpful and completed the job within 2 hours. We went from a maze of pipes to a a straight line and we have no leaks. Great value for money.
