After almost givng up and throwing my treasured Mykita sunglasses away I took them into In Focus on Bethnal Green High Street. A.J said leave it with him and come back tomorrow. When I returned to collect I was gobsmacked and my sunglasses with dislocated hinges were fixed. All I can say is A.J at In Focus offers the best customer service available while the staff are polite and if they can help they will. Well deserved 5 stars all-round. With thanks Patrick

I had 2 pear of glasses (same frame) both with brocken stems. I went in few shops and been told that I have to change the frame for both of them because there was nothing I could do. But when I went here to In-Focus Optician at Bethnal Green he offered me a option to replaced the good stem from a pear to the other one that was broken. In this way I saved one pear of glasses. And if anything I eventually have to replace just one frame not both of them. That was absolutely amazing, and he didn't want to be paid for the work. Outstanding.
