One star for weather, other for location and setting. Head chef rude and came to table for confrontation after we complained welsh rarebit was on uncooked bread!! Hated bring here after he came over to table. Said he was a chef and wed got definition of rarebit wrong Other staff lovely Wont return. To be avoided if just eat what given. No allergies asked as ordered so beware

The garden centre packed with healthy stock at reasonable prices, but the cafe is top notch! Big breakfast is cooked to perfect, tea is hot, cakes are scrummy and all the staff are truely amazing. A definite must see.
