I have been in here a couple of times to get some DIY tools. It wasn't as big as I expected, perhaps because there is another store down the road. The staff were pleasant though. The store is almost hidden and easy to miss. Parking also can be tricky during busy hours. The garden centre down the road is however easier to access and has better parking. I once parked at the garden centre and walked a few minutes back. That said, it is a hidden gem especially for kids who never seem to get enough of the mini dinosaur theme park tucked behind the hedge fencing (see pictures). It is also close to the entrance and exit to the premises so little ones need close monitoring around the dinosaur park.
