Worst experience ever took my car for a clutch when i picked it up it had engine management light on and a sensor knocked out told me to drive it and see how i go i did and the knocking got worse took the car back turned out they hadnt put my car back together properly. Fast forward a few months i get a puncture cant find my locking wheel nut after working out who had my car last it was imztech! Husband called them and after they checked after numerous excuses of why my wheel nut couldnt possibly there it was! Lost a days work cos i couldn't move my car. I wouldnt take my car anywhere near this garage again dangerous work and the worst customer service i have experienced do better imztech!!!!

In a panic today, I phoned around 10 garages as I was having issues with my alternator. After phoning ImZTech I was met with a helpful receptionist who kindly offered me a diagnostic appointment same day. Upon my arrival I was greeted by easygoing, understanding, and professional mechanics who managed to diagnose my issue just by hearing my (admittedly unknowledgeable and anecdotal) information, which they promptly confirmed by way of computer analysis. After being given a preliminary quote, I was sent on my way. I was later contacted to inform me that my A/C belt also needed replacing and checked with me to make sure I was okay with the price before proceeding. Car collection was efficient and easy and my car has now been given a clean bill of health. I will 100% use this garage again because my entire experience from start to finish was pleasant and professional which really helped to alleviate my stress on a very troublesome morning. A yellow engine management light came up on my car whilst driving back from the supermarket. Imztech Automotive Services came out to complete a diagnostic check and explained the issues and took my car away to be repaired. They kept me up to date with works and returned my car once the work had been completed. Excellent customer service and exceptional value for money. Thank you for explaining the issues my car had in terms that I could understand and for keeping me up to date with the work on the car. Will definitely be using Imztech Automotive Services in future.
