Tv will pack up on you and you will get no support or anything, they are all refurbished, you can find cheaper brand new tv's from authorised outlets people come here to save money but end up spending more if they have got it straight, and when everything does go wrong forget about going back for help

Big cheater. When I contacted him for tv screen replacement, he asked 100£ in advance and he told me that he will order tomorrow part and will fix my tv within one week.He took my tv for screen replacement and told me that he will send me message within 1/2 weeks but after 4 weeks when I tried to contact with him he was not replying. Every time when I tried to call him I was receiving sms , I can't talk right now/ I am with doctor/ I will call you after one hour , so on and do forth ,very very dishonest man. I took my money and tv back after 2 months with a thousand forces. So peoples should take care DON'T BELIEVE HIS WORDS HE IS A BIG Liar.

The main owner has not given my tv back for over 6months. Full of excuses taken my money and tv and I have had nothing back. Constantly lies and is disrespectful to women. Please stay away from this old man. He claims to be so righteous and religious but in reality he is a dis honest person who writes on the walls of his business and chants Oppi yanis all the time.

The biggest scammers in Luton! Gave my 55inch Samsung tv in for repairs and I was never contacted once and had to constantly chase them. 1 month and half later and it still wasnt repaired despite them giving me notice that it will be ready within 1 week. Overall it took over 2 months for me to finally receive it but it turned out that it wasnt even my own tv as I compared the serial number at the back of it. The worst of the worst, never ever do business with them!
