Me and my family use this travel agent and we never had any issues. I phoned Imran Travels to book a ticket to BD and spoke to Pollab, who was very helpful and sorted everything out over the phone without any hassle and he even offered me a cheaper ticket (nearly £400 cheaper) but couldn’t take it cause of my work.
